CitiXsys is committed to train its Partners so as to enable them to offer better services to their customers on CitiXsys's industry-leading products and services. With this in mind, CitiXsys has created a training calendar which is published quarterly and partners can register for the training, to enhance their skills. Partners can also attend on-site training and the details of the same are mentioned in the Partner Program agreement (This is the current Legal Agreement that we already have in place for each region).

Sales training is free-of-charge and is available through the partner's local Channel Field Sales Manager, or through WebEx sessions conducted from the Partner website. Program members must complete this within 30 days of signing up.
