To determine the success of our service offerings and the value it provides to our Partners, CitiXsys is working to create various collaboration initiatives that can assist our Partners to communicate better with us, as well as with our other Partners.

We will very soon be launching an Online Partner Advisory Team for each region which can help our Partners to communicate with our Regional Partner Heads, and which can range from information request, advice or assistance. These Regional Partner Heads we feel can translate their experiences and provide to you solutions that can effectively help you sell better. In addition, at regular intervals, we will also be conducting Surveys to enable us to serve you better as well as conduct one-on-one interviews with our Partners which we will share with you.

CitiXsys will publish newsletters for partners, outlining product information, industry and competitive news, and other relevant and compelling information. Program members also will be the first to know about new promotions and special offers, as well as, other incentives via the CitiXsys Partner Flash. Finally, Partners can also benefit from the web casts CitiXsys hosts on ISV solutions and/or product information.
